To win, you have to destroy 11 planets, which is done by collecting all the items which orbit them.

This is quite a chaotic level, and much of the player's performance is up to RNG. I would say I got very lucky with how quickly I was able to collect all the items; many of them sort of just ran into me without having to chase them around. The time could certainly be better is a good enough performance for a level which isn't seen in the full-game speedrun.
