FAQ: (I add further questions here along with the answeres)
-Does it work against higher level cargo fleets like 37 and 40? Only with manual piloting - not auto!
-Does it work against Anti-Matter & Rebel Crafting Fleets? Yes. Every planetary Fleet in full auto except Raider 25 and Anti-Matter Cargo 27 & 30. There you need the strafe commant at startup.
-Can we use the "Phased Magnets" special if we got that? You could but since it won't be enough shield-bypass to actually destroy those ships BEFORE the shield fails - it doesn't make much sense and basically wastes mass.
