Basic Cargo Level II - Better yet: III
Plasteel Armor Level I

Fleet Characteristics:
-Build-Time for one entire fleet: 7h 38m 42s
-Individual Ship Repair: 4m 55s - Free-Instant-Repair
-Collects 402,000 Resouces with "Basic Cargo III"

Module Requirements:
Bridge III
Fleet Bay V - Better yet: VI
Ship Factory III
Ship Lab V
Tech Lab VI
Arms Lab VI

Research Required:
Genesis Cruiser

My Advise:
-Build yourself at least 3 of those fleets and operate them at the same time
-Reseach Ship Lab level V and Basic Cargo III as fast as possible to collect all resources.
-Use the "Tag Fleet" function to easily find the fleets you're looking for.

-Does not work against against Cargo Fleets higher than 23.
-Does not work against: Anti-Matter & Rebel Crafting Fleets
