Halescrouge is probably one of the easiest lord missions in the game. It mainly depends on RNG. For example, if a boss(or patrol) spawn near the lift, across from where the 2nd tome is located, across from where the 3rd tome is located, or right before the arena to fight Halescrouge.

Now, Unchained is a bit better than she was before. Simply because her ult can give near by teammates some temp HP and she can get a small damage reduction while venting her overcharge. Nothing much is completely different about this class between then and now. Unfortunately she still runs the risk of exploding simply after taking a decent amount of damage.
