your deployables should depend on the heist. if you need more body bags, bring them. lots of patrolling guards, maybe consider tripmines. need to open security doors or want a safety net, bring ecm's. remember that you can bring two deployables, so you have a lot of options. tripmines and ecm's are a good general choice for giving you awareness and options if you mess up/need to open a door.
yakuza and molotovs are another alternative to burglar or hacker if feel comfortable enough with stealth to not need them. anarchist with lightweight ballistic vest can also work on heists with lots of heavy bags (or shadow raid) because of transporter aced.
