These are all the prerendered cutscenes from the 2008 party game, Hail to the Chimp. This game was developed by Wideload Games, a group of former Halo and Bungie developers. This game was originally being developed for the original Xbox using the Halo engine but was moved to Xbox 360 and PS3 using Unreal Engine 3 instead.

This video has been uploaded today, on the game's 15th anniversary, for archival and preservation purposes. I am not affiliated with Wideload Games. However, if the rights holder does see this, I highly doubt they even know they own this in the first place...
