Vibration from one of the Dual-X fans on Sapphire's HD 7950 with Boost graphics card, causing an annoying
rattle noise which can be fixed cheap and repaired very easy. It is a simple trick practically applies to every video card no matter if its is amd or nvidia.

Take note that by touching the plastic panel firmly causes the sound to disappear.This is NOT coil whine. Absolutely different issue.

You can use this with AMD 6850, 6870, 6950, 6970, 7850, 7870, 7950, 7970, etc., probably with upcoming R9-290X, R9-280X, R9-270X.
Rattling also affected nvidia card - models like GTX 660,670,680, 760,770,780, Titan, etc
