I really wanted to like this book a lot more. It touches on e-sports and speed running, but it never really connected everything together for me. The definition of Metagames never really clicked for me as it seemed to shift from chapter to chapter. It's last chapter really didn't work for me as it felt a little tacked on and very different from the rest of the book.
