Hello, this is Video Game Glitch/Trick/Bug/Exploit/Quirk Man. Today I will show you how to do a glitch/exploit that makes Toad Man even EASIER than he was before (Toad Man is freaking embarrassingly easy to buster run AND no damage run to begin with - but THIS exploit makes a buster run and a no damage run against Toad Man effortless)!

1. Either have a physical copy of Mega Man 4 or emulate it.

2. Pick Toad Man's stage.

3. Get to Toad Man.

4. When he's doing that "rain dance", shoot him ONCE AND ONLY ONCE per rain dance. The shot will cancel out Toad Man's "rain dance", making him no effort to beat. (Here's the funny thing: AN UNCHARGED BUSTER SHOT CAN ACTUALLY INTERRUPT HIS RAIN DANCE ANIMATION EVERY TIME, MAKING TOAD MAN REALLY EASY TO BEAT (not that he wasn't easy to beat, but whatever)). (I also handicapped myself to 2 HP just to show how easy Toad Man is with this glitch/exploit).
