To do the annyoing sound glitch, here's what you need:

1. Get either a physical copy of DecapAttack for the Sega Genesis or an emulator of DecapAttack for the Sega Genesis.

2. Get to the part where the air blowers are (in Stage 2-2).

3. Pause buffer until you hear the annoying sound.

4. If you did this correctly, you should be able to hear the annoying sound.

(Note: this works with the trampolines and Chuck's punch too).
