Hello, this is Video Game Glitch/Trick/Bug/Exploit Man and.....oh my gosh........I think X is taking drugs (just kidding, it's a glitch)!
To do this glitch, you must exit and enter that part (before the Dr. Light capsule) in a specific way. If you do this correctly, it'll look like X is seeing some messed up stuff (particularly the enemies's sprites being messed up as hell). This returns to normal if you pass the part after the last messed up enemy. (I think I know what causes this: it loads the enemies's sprites from above onto the enemies below, making them look messed up (see, they have the colors and sprites of the enemies above them)). Oh yeah, this glitch must be done in Neon Tiger's stage as well (I don't know of any other stage in Mega Man X3 I can do this in).
