Recently one of my videos - Final Fantasy VI - No Magicite/No Relic Run - Stream 11 - Part 02 was claimed falsely by someone who didn't even have the proper rights to the song being claimed. And this isn't the first time this has happened to my videos.

Under the Copyright Act of 1976 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_Act_of_1976) has a fair use clause which video game Let's Plays very well could fall under by my content being transformative, sometimes educational depending on commentary and the potential to help, not hurt, the sales of Final Fantasy VI for any potential future players.

Pattaya from Orchard Music claimed (basically) the entire ENDING THEME to Final Fantasy VI when every gamer in their right mind know that this is the original 16 BIT recording from the actual game itself composed by Nobuo Uematsu and owned by Square Enix. My beef isn't with rightful claims by rightful holders, my beef is with false claims by BS 'holders' and being struck down on the appeals despite it being completely false and being judged guilty until proven innocent.
