Video Review: Adidas micoach for Kinect on the Xbox 360 [HD]
For the first time ever I'm busting out a video review. I was fortunate enough to receive a review copy of the new Adidas micoach for Kinect, so I decided to use that as a chance to test out my new El Gato Capture HD unit. I was pleased with the results.
As far as micoach goes it has the potential to be great, but unfortunately it's slightly tarnished by inconsistent motion tracking, especially in the menus. You can see better examples of this folly here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YHRVC4zFtRw
Enjoy, learn a little, and then make up your own mind if this should be a game to help shed a couple of those gamer pounds. If you push yourself you'll get a great workout, but its clumsy menu navigation may be too much to look past.
