How to fix the stuttering problem I encountered when trying to use Shadowplay/Nvidia Share to record gameplay after getting the Windows 10 Fall Creator's update. Note that the stuttering was visible in the recorded video, but not in the game itself.

IMPORTANT EDIT:

I didn't mention this in the video - but just to be 100% safe, in:

Settings - Gaming - Game bar

Uncheck the boxes marked:

"Open Game bar using this button on a controller [XBox symbol]"

and

"Show Game bar when I play full screen games Microsoft has verified"

I can't see any reason to have these checked, and they could lead to the Game Bar accidentally being switched back on, so I highly recommend unchecking them unless you have a VERY good reason not to.
