Every year just before Lunar New Year boats coming from flower gardens come to the city to sell flowers. Flowers and fruits are a huge thing for new years since its supposed to bring good luck for the new year.

So this flower market is just down the road from our house. If you recall part 03 where we went to get breakfast, this is just across the street from there.
