Notes: You may be able to get this with arbitrary code execution, however, you can do it with a cheat code too; i.e. 03004350:XX where XX is the number of Pokémon in hexadecimal. This interesting dump of sound effects only happened a few times (however, is not new). The game possibly causes a buffer overflow from too many menu sprites. Unfortunately more than 150 party Pokémon for me causes the game to freeze before loading the menu. The voices are for The Bard NPC who can appear in Mauville City Pokémon Center, other voices may include cries played in succession.
