ViewSonic XG3240C Monitor Review (and VX3209-2K)
Out of the monitors I own, I think this is the best for First Person Shooters, but that might change going forward as I prefer flat screens. After using 43", 27" was too small. 32" seems to be a good compromise. And with a 144Hz VA curved panel, this is a lot of fun to play on. My concern was that it wasn't going to be good for competitive play... but, well, watch the review, see what you think.
Personally I'll be playing on this from now on (until I find something better). Amazing tech. And seems fairly cheap considering what we get with it, going for $700 in Australia (same as XL2730).
Warranty Note: ViewSonic Australia seems to have really good policies - dead pixels covered for 30 days under DOA, everything else for 3 years. So that's some peace of mind, which is becoming more and more important these days with questionable quality control from various brands.
