Lord Of The Rings actor Viggo Mortensen was in Dublin recently to talk about CAPTAIN FANTASTIC with Irish audiences.

He made his film debut in Peter Weir's 1985 thriller Witness, and subsequently appeared in many notable films of subsequent years including A History of Violence, The Road, Eastern Promises, Hidalgo, The Two Faces Of January, A Dangerous Method, Jauja, Appaloosa to name but a few but it is the role of Aragorn in Peter Jacksons Lord Of The Rings trilogy that is best known.

ABOUT CAPTAIN FANTASTIC
Ben Cash (Viggo Mortensen), his wife Leslie and their six children live deep in the wilderness of Washington state. Isolated from society, Ben and Leslie devote their existence to raising their kids -- educating them to think critically, training them to be physically fit and athletic, guiding them in the wild without technology and demonstrating the beauty of co-existing with nature. When Leslie dies suddenly, Ben must take his sheltered offspring into the outside world for the first time. Captain Fantastic is directed by Matt Ross and also stars George MacKay , Samantha Isler , Shree Crooks & Annalise Basso
