If you didn't know, VIKING (Jap. ヴァイキング but preferred as バイキング) was a Japanese show that featured an ultimate multi-stage obstacle course hosted by FUJI TV. Its concept was a successor to Kinniku Banzuke, a show where SASUKE and KUNOICHI were a special spin-offs. There were four single tournaments and three pair tournaments until the show was officially cancelled in 2007 due to unknown reasons. It had prior obstacles such as Cannonball (later known as Spinning Bridge in SASUKE and American Ninja Warrior) and Swing Mast (which is used today in Spartan NINJA warrior and Conga Hishy).
