This 1984 Commodore Plus/4 vintage computer must have a ghost in the machine. After initial startup, a program string automatically begins running. Once it stops, the screen graphics degrade until a crisp design of vertical pink & black stripes appears. Neither the keyboard nor the reset button function while this is happening. Huh...I'm stumped. The appropriately creepy musical accompaniment is from John Carpenter's The Thing soundtrack album by Ennio Morricone.
