We continue our quest against a whole pile of new bad guys in this Mercy Dreams place. There's guys with candles, flying ringwraiths, popes, flagellant guys and a bazillion spikes and fireball traps. All in all they're a fun bunch. Then we meet our first new character! Candelaria runs a shop hidden in a crack in the wall. We buy a Key To The Chamber of The Eldest Brother from her and a Hollow Pearl that gives us stuff for breaking things! :D

After a bit more smiting we find HER. the love of the Penitent One's live: Viridiana. She offers to help us so we accept without any explanation beyond that and she vanishes o_O We soon find out why though. Ten Piedad, a huge monster blocks our path. Without Viridiana's healing we would've failed miserably. After completing the Ten Piedad boss fight first try with her help (!) we head on and find what looks like a giant sleeping king type figure, the penitent one kneels and we're transported eslewhere :o

We're in a crazy land of corpses again, ahead we find a giant floating gold coated head O_O He/she mentions the Great Ordeal (think that's what we're on) and the Sons of the Miracle. Turns out he's the custodian of one of the Three Sorrows we need for our Penance!!! We got our first one! :D He/she gives us the Holy Wound of Attrition and we're released from the sacred sea dream place.
