i'm trying to share my flashdisk from ubuntu to virtualbox (windows 7). But in vbox configuration it say : no devices available.

The problem caused by, your ubuntu user not member in vboxusers group.

So, just run in terminal :
- sudo usermod -G vboxusers -a $USER

log off ubuntu, and login again, and run virtualbox. see.. the flashdisk seen in virtualbox.
