I say PI-AD2 at the beginning, obviously it's the PI-AD20, alas I noticed too late.

We’re pretty used to having controllers that rumble in reaction to what a game is doing, but what about if you really wanted to feel the action?

Here is the PI-AD20, otherwise known as the Virtual Cushion. This was released by NEC in 1992. As you’d expect it’s designed for use with the PC Engine, but because of its design there’s no real reason you can’t use it with anything else.
