To be fair, at least the biohazard basket vending machine got it half right; the pile of body parts that fell on the floor would likely be considered a biohazard. I wonder, is the game coded to spit them out randomly, or does it wait until the level has reached some sort of minimum number of bits and pieces before it starts messing with you?
