If you're suffering huge stutters in the PC version like I am, go to graphic settings and turn off AMD upscaler. It helps make the game run smoother! However it's still horrendous lag at the first map before reaching the Steppe. I do hope the shader buffers get optimized for PC and it's a big oversight when porting games that are created for only consoles ):
