This is an issue I ran into when I booted up my old Vista laptop.

The BIOS loads up fine and, right after, I receive a message that states:

"QDNBJ is compressed" and goes on to saying to press Ctrl Alt Delete to restart. By doing so, I get the same message again.

Turns out I remembered that I cleaned out my C: drive and compressed this drive when I last used this laptop. For some reason, my harddrive has a strange reaction in doing so (ever since I last re-formatted it).

Solution: Re-install the OS; in this case, Vista 32bit.
