Whathadhappenedwas:

Installed an overclock plugin from Autoplugin II, it caused the system to crash and boot loop.

Finally got everything working again with my 64gb Sony Mem card, and mounted PSVSD as uma0 and was able to delete the plugin.

Now when I try to mount the adapter as ux0, that happens.

Tried using both usbmc and storagemgr with the same result.

256 pny in PSVSD was working fine before all this and when mounted as uma0.

Looking for a fix that doesn't involve wiping the SD card clean.
