The Vivo Xplay 3S is powered by the Snapdragon 801 Chipset that houses 4 Krait 400 cores clocked at 2.3 Ghz each coupled with an Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB RAM.

It houses a 13 megapixel Rear Camera & a 5 MP front facing shooter.

It has a 6" Quad HD (a.k.a 2K) IPS display giving it a pixel density of 490 PPI & is powered by a 3200mAH battery...

The Vivo Xplay 3S also houses a fingerprint scanner on the back similar to the on found on the Galaxy S5.
