[VIVY'S GAME KITCHEN] IRL Sesame Smoothie but with banana? (Ring Fit Adventure)
Thanks for watching. I didn't expect every recipe in the game could go well. I expected some fails when I started the series.
the recipe I did in the video:
Sesame Smoothie (but with banana)
INGREDIENT:
white sesame seeds 2tbsp (18g)
banana 1
hot/cold water
INSTRUCTION:
1 cut banana in to chucks. if you want a cold drink, freeze it until solid.
2 grind the white sesame seeds
3 add some water. to the thickness you like. if you want cold drink, add cold water. if you want a hot soup, add hot water.
4 blend in everything.
5 serve
RESULTS:
refreshing, not much sesame flavor
EXP:
if you want more sesame flavor, try increase sesame seed amount. but the calorie may be much more.
