Hello eveyone! Today we take a look at the two new intelligence skills that GGG has released which are the Glacial Cascade and the Flame Surge. Now both of these skills will be casted by using the Cast on Critical Strike skill gem and our catalyst will be Dual Strike. We shall be taking as much Critical strike chance as we could get while balancing out life and resist and also maybe get some Critical strike multiplier as well.

We will using daggers for this build simply because of the + 80% Critical Global hit chance that they give which will boost our critical hit chance by a lot. Also if you can get the Maligaro's Virtuosity it would be of great help too as that unique item increases both your Global Critical Strike Chance and Global Critical Strike Multiplier.
