Vlog # 1 | PoE | Shadow | Ride The Lightning Tendrils Build | Patch 1.2.4d
8Hello everybody! Today we start a brand new Vlog series where we will make a build around the new skill gem which is the Lightning Tendrils. Most of the builds out there are built around going with crit and I intentionally wanted to move away from that conventional build and try to make a build which revolves around dual wielding the Cybil's Paw. From what I understand and researched, each Cybil's Paw gives a 6% increased Spell Damage per 5% Block Chance which will effectively double for per 5% block chance that we have, that is why we are taking some notable nodes that will increase our block chance while we are dual wielding. Also we will be using the unique amulet The Anvil which will also help us in increasing our overall block chance and maximum block chance.
Of course with further levels, we will be min maxing our damage output with life and resistances making sure that our life is at least at around 4K and I'm going to try and shoot for a higher dps as much as I can.
