I thought while watching VSauce's Super Tic Tac Toe video that this concept is something that could be extended even further, whilst keeping the classic 3x3 grid (because you can also change the grid).
Simultaneous Super Tic Tac Toe is when each player has a game board each, plays at the same time, and then swaps boards.
3D Super Tic Tac Toe is when you stack a couple of Super Tic Tac Toe boards on top of each other, and when it's the next player's turn, they see where they have to play, and put that game board to the bottom of the stack before playing.
And you can combine these. You can have 3D Simultaneous Super Tic Tac Toe, where both players have a stack of game boards, play at the same time, swap stacks, see where they have to play, and then put the top board to the bottom before playing.
