So Vulkan seems to be a piece of shit tech when I tested this on my PC atleast the higher res you use. 6fps at 4K with Vulkan and 22fps with Open GL 4.5. Why is that? I have no idea, but I wont be using Vulkan for sure. Specs:
GTX 780 3770K @ 4.7GHz 16GB Ram and so on.
