In this part, we take on Saugus Ironworks to complete the Out of the Fire quest.

Finch Farm isn't a particularly valuable settlement given that County Crossing and The Slog are basically right next door (though you can at least set up a couple industrial purifiers), so I won't bother building it up too much for now. However, it seems you need to complete/fail at least one of the missions Preston gives you after The First Step before he'll give you the mission to retake the castle (even if you have enough settlements), and I was already in the area.

Next video I'll be tackling Medford Memorial Hospital to unlock Greentop Nursery and build it up.
