The next major thing on my agenda is going up to Med-Tek to do the last part of MacCready's companion quest, then doing a bunch of other stuff in the northeast part of the map.

I've got a few things to do on the way over there, however. First up is stopping off in Goodneighbor to clear out the warehouses (mainly to build up some more affinity for MacCready, plus you get a lot of .45 rounds), as well as doing the first bit of The Big Dig in case I want to do the rest of it later.

Next up will be the Unlikely Valentine mission.
