Phase 1
This guy is tough enough on his own, but when you have to face him inside the tumbler room, it's damn near impossible without getting electrocuted. When he's about to attack, jump outta the way whilst L targeting him to slow the action down. The Master Sword will make quick work of him in Phase 1.
Phase 2
You will need Magnesis to get a hold of one of the lightning rods and hold it next to him to lower his shield. Now do as you did before, except he's much quicker. When his energy is low, he'll aim his Guardian Laser at you, so deflect it back if you can. Otherwise keep on attacking him with the tactics as before until you finish him off. After he's dead, you'll be rewarded with a Heart Container. Now, go to the control panel to restart the Divine Beast. Now you will be taken back to Gerudo Town. (They still don't allow men, so make sure you're wearing your Gerudo clothes.) There, you'll be given 2 rare weapons.
