Walk Me Thru LOZ Tears Of The Kingdom Part 32
Queen Gibdo Boss Fight Round 2
It looks like this mummified roach is back for another ass whupping. Here's how.
Phase 1
In this phase, she has 3 attacks. Mud stream, where she spits a stream of mud at you at a high velocity, she can summon a wall of tornados, which stings like the dickens, and a charge attack where she runs at you like a bull, charging at a bull fighter. Avoid these attacks while using the following strategy. Attach an elemental based item to an arrow and shoot her when it's safe. Electric based attacks work best. Whilst avoiding her tornado wall, her charge attack or her mud stream, Have riju, ready her Power Of Lightning and aim an arrow at the mummified roach and stun her. That's your chance to slice and dice her face. Do this quickly before she recovers. When she recovers, rinse and repeat until her HP is at or below 50%.
Phase 2
She'll call for help from the Gibdos. I suggest you kill a few to make one of the hives glow. Next aim an arrow with Riju's Power Of Lightning and destroy the hive. I suggest destroying all four hives and killing any Gibdos that are left. Once all the mummified roaches are dead, focus on the Queen herself. As in Phase 1, shoot an arrow with an elemental item attached at her to soften her up. When you get the chance, use Riju's Power Of Lightning to stun the mummified roach and let her have it. The same tactics apply here, except her tornado wall is a might wider, so make sure you're far enough away from her. Also avoid the mud stream. Keep at it until her HP reaches 0. Once she's dead, you'll be rewarded with a Heart container and the Secret Stone Of Lightning.
