0El Verdugo Boss Fight.
This boss IS optional, but if you want to fight him while waiting for the elevator, here's how. Scattered around the sewers, are these tanks of LN2 (Liquid Nitrogen). If Verdugo come near one, knock it over, and it will freeze him for a short time. He'll be vulnerable to conventional weapons.If you choose to defeat him, use this method 4 times. I suggest using your Rifle or Magnum when he's covered in Liquid Nitrogen, until he shatters. Whether or not you decide to defeat him, you'll still have to wait 4 minutes for the elevator.
