Complete Free To Play guide for all of the stages of the Chaos Difficulty Paulie Coliseum on the Global version of One Piece Treasure Cruise. Paulie is a decent Striker captain, but he's especially useful as a delayer and orb lockers for a PSY, Striker, or even a Blackbeard/Powerhouse team!

Remember, that the only character who can drop from any coliseum is the final boss, and Paulie is no exception. You can only get Forbidden Tomes, Turtles, Cotton Candy, and Paulie skill books on his stages.
