► Soo Neo, what happens today ? Well I'm glad You ask!! ツ
Welcome everybody! To Let's Play War for the Overworld: Heart of Gold Mission 4 – part 3! The Dukes Family now is less then half in its size! Before we however assault the Dukes throne room we need to deal with his wife the Dukes and his two daughter! One of them been a body guard, huntress and the other a powerful arcanist – geomancer!
But before we adept to do anything there is a important information in doing the Gauntlet Achievement of War for the Overworld: Heart of Gold. With each of the family member dead the hero gates of mission 4 will spawn more powerful forces in to the realm! There is no way of fighting all of them since the Empire posses the unlimited supply of troops in War for the Overworld: Heart of Gold missions 4. And for the purpose of Gauntlet Achievement
We need to make sure the hero gates will stand! What a irony and evil force of complete destruction needs to protect hero gates from its own minions… who would expect this in War for the Overworld: Heart of Gold ? Tho this achievement gives mission 4 a little spicy and it makes the whole last mission of War for the Overworld: Heart of Gold harder which for me is great! So the idea is for the Gauntlet Achievement is to kill the entire Dukes family before the Empire reinforces will get to our dungeon core and destroy it. Use the improved walls along with soul wells behind them to stop the miners! Tthat will give us time to beat mission 4 Ikhor. Send the army from the left side in to the barracks of the Dukes capital dungeon and deal with one of the daughter. At the same time summon the golden Legion! What is the Golden legion You ask ? Well it’s a unstoppable force of golden troops I made in War for the Overworld: Heart of Gold. An entire golden army that will deal with the Dukes! Make sure to destroy all the bridges so that the Empire forces won’t be able to enter the Dungeon! The Golden legion can walk over lava and also remember that for finishing mission 4 in War for the Overworld: Heart of Gold and also the Gauntlet Achievement we need to make sure the Colossus will be alive for the entire mission! So keep him in safe spot away from the front line just in case you forget about him! Deal with the Huntress mini-boss and the Dukes Wife. After that order the Golden Legion to stick in the bedroom of the Dukes and move for the archives to the north west section of the keep. Here is the last of the Dukes family. HOWEVER for the Gauntlet Achievement we CAN’T destroy any of the inhibitors before the whole family expect for the duke is dead. So wait for a surprise – after you are don’t with the surprise assault the Dukes throne room. Don’t destroy the throne as this will fail the achievement. Kill the duke with or the golden legion or with regular minions and after everything is done send in the colossus to clime the Heart of gold and in other word finish
War for the Overworld: Heart of Gold. In the end I belive that the heart of gold was making gold out of souls ? As it has to be fuel with something and apparently that’s how it all ended. Untill the next DLC for War for the Overworld!
