In War Thunder historical battles is very easy to recognize very early on you're on "one of those games". When matchmaking simply doesn't want to put you along competent teammates, when karma won't reward you even while you accept the worst odds imaginable and still go up and put a fight, and when luck wants that the first time you're hit, and hit only once, it'll be enough to destroy your hope to win in single stroke.

And so it happened. Let down by an atrocious team, being able to quit the battle, but choosing to take off again and face whatever odds I had to fight and try to steal a win from the claws of defeat. But the universe simply didn't want me to win this one. Oh well. I still did fine.
