Ever since the 20mm HVAP nerf low tier panzers has been a struggle. I have no problem with it getting the 48mm historical pen it had but the real problem is when half the clip straight up disappears when firing at a panzer. No joke lost count of how many times this happen in a match and its really frustrating (half your clip becomes a ghost shell). I don't know if its just me but feels like they also nerf German mobility and everything feels slow now. I used to play to play this panzer very aggressively but now got to play more defensive (engaged at target when withdraw to reload). One other thing that bugs me is when this panzer and all German 1.3's (Panzer II's and reserve Panzers) face B1 bis and cannot pen it anywhere
