It's bad enough to have to fight a full team of jets in a team of propeller engined planes. But one would at least ask for the weapons to work in that scenario. Even more if they're 30mm guns, reported to kill fighters in one hit.

Sadly, it's not the case.

Not Soviet stalinium tho. Those planes blessed with a sickle and hammer are blessed with the ability to shrug off even the deadliest WW2 air cannon, and live on to see more battles.
