We hit the damage cap of 2 BILLION several times with this funky little build, here's how it works :

Press 1 on someone, long press 1 for augment, press 4, press 3, press 2 (Blood Altar), shoot altar target until altar expires.
The idea is that all of the insane damage-over-time numbers that Saryn is known for doing are basically stored and collected in a buffer and dealt to a target in one go when the buffer expires. Which means blood altar is essentially a 20 second window to deal all of the damage you can muster and you get to see how much total damage you did during the window at its end.

Normally even at regular strength Saryn's spores just melt everything too fast as you've seen at the start of this video and if I'm being completely honest it's quite boring, no big damage numbers to see.
But here I have the ability to add 1000% corrosive damage from the 1 augment, add a flat 300% toxin damage to every hit, as well as guaranteed toxin procs per hit, which from a shotgun with 10 multishot means I am applying hundreds of toxin procs in a few shots, in the video if you pause during the shooting you will see THOUSANDS of toxin procs ticking on the altar target.
Add in the viral procs from miasma, the armor strips from spores and the status generator that is the cedo's glaive, and you got one of the most extreme damage-over-time builds in existence.

The damage is so potent that I don't even need Saryn at 1000% Strength. The extreme fire rate and multishot buffs I got during my recording sessions from a Wisp and Octavia random pugs were just *chef's kiss* icing on the cake. I am quite confident that if the game did not have a hard damage cap of 2,147,483,520 , I would have easily exceeded that and done a lot more.
To confess, I don't even normally like playing Saryn at all. I recorded a few sessions with her normal playstyle with spreading spores and it was just... too boring, even if I reached 15k+ damage on spores. It was not going to be interesting to watch for you. So I almost opted to skip making this video entirely, but luckily when you have played the game for too long as I have you start experimenting with things and occasionally land on something fun like this.

- Spores' base damage increased to 100 initial corrosive damage and growth per enemy increased to 20. Status chance increased to 500%. Recast subtraction reduced to 2%.
- Venom Dose's corrosive damage buff increased to 1000%.
- Molt's decoy's health increased to 5000, explosion damage increased to 4000 base toxin damage. Speed multiplier increased to 6x.
- Regenerative Molt's healing increased to 500/second.
- Toxic lash's bonus damage increased to 300% bonus toxin for ranged attacks, or 600% for melees. Contagion Cloud's base toxin damage increased to 3000.
- Miasma's damage increased to 1500 base viral damage.

Build's damage was so busted we broke the game and did negative billions of damage more than once lmao.
And to all of you complaining about last time with Ivara's 2 billion shot being on a lvl 6 corpus crewman (which is irrelevant but whatever), all of the footage you see here was taken in the steel path.
