Warframe: 20 Minute Survival (Voruna)
0The next 20-minute survival deals with the Wolf Warframe: Voruna.
She is a burst type frame that excels at dealing tons of damage when you set up her abilities (More on that later). She has a more technical approach to the other frames but can be a great asset to any team. In fact, she gets even better with a group than by herself. Why? Because her power comes from Status Effects, the more Status Effects enemies are under, the more damage she deals. So, try a synergize with your team for maximum results.
Passive:
Her passive is the Wolfpack she has on her body at all times. They each give a different effect based on which ability button you hold. See below to know what each one gives.
Abilities:
Shroud Of Dynar: Her first ability. The Wolf Dynar shrouds her in a cloak of invisibility and increases her speed. She gets a Mell buff to Critical Chance, Status Chance and a chance to Bleed an enemy. Holding the button will give the passive Parkour Velocity that increases the speed of your maneuvers such as Dodge Rolls and Bullet Jumps.
Fangs Of Raksh: Her second ability. Raksh's fangs dig into enemies and gives 5 random Debuffs at 10 stacks each. Killing anyone under this effect will cause any surrounding enemy to also be affected. Holding the button will give the passive Status Effect Resistance.
Lycath's Hunt: Her third ability. Lycath sustains the pack. When activated, Melee kills drop Health Orbs while Head Shots give Energy Orbs. Killing enemies with 5 or more Status Effects will extend the timer. Holding the button will give the passive Heavy Attack Efficiency.
Ulfrun's Descent: Her Ultimate ability. Ulfrun leads the attack as the most powerful Wolf of the pack. Voruna gets down on all fours and dashes toward enemies. Targets under Status Effects take additional damage and enemies that take lethal damage increase her multiplier. Holding the button will give the passive Undying which will sacrifice Ulfrun to keep Voruna alive when she goes down.
Overall:
She is very technical since she has four passives to pull from, use discretion when picking which one for every situation. Remember to hold the ability button to get your desired passive. Lycath's Hunt should be your opener since kills on enemies that have 5 or more status effects extent the timer. Plus you can treat this like any support ability in that melee kills give health orbs and head shots give energy. Fangs Of Raksh should be used as often as possible since the effect can spread to anyone in range and will keep the previous up as long as possible. Shroud Of Dynar is great for movement and getting out of danger. Just remember that dealing damage and not killing an enemy will reveal you. So make sure the kill is guaranteed. Ulfrun's Descent is excellent since you can still use your other abilities while its active. The neat thing is Shroud Of Dynar won't deactivate if you don't kill them while under this effect. Fangs Of Raksh should be used while in this state to make sure you get that damage multiplier. Also note that while you have this active, you can't use any weapons until you use all 5 of your charges.🥃
