Warframe Gameplay: 20 Minute Survival (Baruuk)
1The next survival gives us the Monk Warframe: Baruuk.
He is really fun to use since he has one of the highest survival ratings when using his abilities. He is special in that you can't use his ultimate until you fulfill a simple objective (Explained in the Abilities section). He also has a exalted weapon unique to him. Since he is a monk, he slowly loses Restraint when killing enemies under the effects of his abilities and becomes a storm of violence. Once Restrained, he loses his killing intent.
Passive:
Baruuk is a monk through and through. He has a Restraint meter that depletes a certain amount based on what ability effects any enemy. When his restraint is empty, he gets a damage reduction bonus of 50%.
Abilities:
Elude: His first ability. He "dodges" enemy fire only when not attacking. Any damage he dodges depletes his Restraint.
Lull: His second ability. He puts any enemy in range to sleep. Waking a sleeping enemy with an attack will give them amnesia and make them forget what happened prior.
Desolate Hands: His third ability. He summons a ring of daggers to disarm and destroy enemy's weapons. You can pass these daggers to allies.
Serene Storm: His ultimate ability. When his Restraint is eroded, he summons the Desert Wind and uses it to power his ability. Staying in this state restores Restraint, but bestows immense power and radial attacks.
Overall:
He doesn't have any moves that deal damage outside of Serene Storm. To start, you want to keep Elude active since you won't take damage by doing nothing but standing in a wide open area. Lull a group of enemies to put them to sleep, you can then assassinate them shortly after. Desolate Hands should be used at all times to destroy high level and high damage enemies weapons. Remember that you can pass these to allies, so use it first if you are in a squad. Serene Storm is your go-to damage dealer, but you need to erode his Restraint to use it. So try and empty the bar first to get the damage reduction and then use it to kill hordes of bad guys.🥃
