First of all im Loving Lavos and Cedo especially when they Combo together so well BUT as for the Event im finding it to be very Lacking because its pretty much only half of Scarlet Spear with Mechs. Scarlet Spear had Ground Teams and Dealing with the Orphix and a Railjack Space Team Dealing with Sentient Ships BUT this Orphix Venom Event only has the Ground Team style Mission which is Half of an Old Event and Re-skinned and to be fair i find it Boring. Plus the fact i find the Mechs to be bit of a Gimmick which i assume will be left to Die out like other bits of Content in a certain period of time. Dont get me wrong the Mechs can be Fun for a bit but i find they take away from the core of Warframe losing its Identity and the fact you can do much better Damage and be more Efficient with your Warframes compared to using the Mechs which is why DE put the Barrier Wall in place to stop Warframes from being used because they know the Warframes and Weapons we have make the Necramechs Redundant. Running back and forth doing pretty much Old Content/Event ( Scarlet Spear) over and over is not what i call meaningful Content or New and Refreshing but seems a Little Lazy. I know All of this is a build up to whats coming with the New War but i Hope they Dont go down the route of Forcing players to use Necramechs All the time or Railjack All the time otherwise it will turn out like Batman Arkham Night which you spent most of your time in the Batmobile/Tank and Not really being or playing as Batman which defeats the purpose of a Batman Game, Would be the same here as in Not much Warframe Action or Space Ninja Action but rather a random mash up of semi bits of random activities that take away from the Core Game. I know DE have a Vision of what they want but it comes across like they are Not sure now and just throwing random stuff into the game hoping it works or sticks and forgetting what made Warframe what it is.
I Love Warframe and have done for Years but i do worry for the Future of the Game and its Direction and i Hope that Future Content and Story is Rich and Meaningful with Good Content that has Depth and Fun and Interesting Gameplay.
