I've been playing with a gamepad for a year and it was pretty hard to get accustomed back to mouse. This is the reason I chose bit lower level enemies with mouse. With gamepad I went against higher tier enemies cause I was more confident.

So the video is not that objective -- but you can see pretty fast that mouse is definitely more accurate than a gamepad - specially when you compare the reaction times: you can shoot tiny objects such as sapping osprey orbs not to mention about headshots. This all renders mission completion time and killing enemies less time consuming. You can also do bullet jumps and the kills bit easier.

I love to play warframe with a gamepad. It brings you smoother gameplay and transition compared to jiggering mouse. This probably means I need to lower the mouse sensitivity by a notch.
