Rising Storm is an Ash Warframe Augment Mod that increases the duration of the Melee Combo Counter when Blade Storm is used.

This mod can be acquired by attaining the rank of Maxim under the Arbiters of Hexis, or the rank of Exalted under the Red Veil, and spending 25,000 Standing to purchase.

At maxed rank, a 100% increase in the Melee Combo Counter duration translates to 8 seconds of bonus damage before resetting.
The extra duration is only applied to attacks made by Blade Storm. However, melee attacks performed after Blade Storm within its time limit will have the extra Melee Combo Counter duration.
