To play games on 'low end' PC:

a. no sig mode
b. task shedule cache deletion
c. check for and temp stop unwanton indexing ie dllhost or taskhost in task scheduler
d. disable ccc
e. use system restore
f. play game or pay 100 dollars for win 7 and monthly virus services (avast, norton) to see wat happens
-if a 1gb i3 10gb ram is lowend let me know...cus thats 11gb ram, and ps4 can do much more with just 8. I hav a midrange pc, id hate to see wat the sucker with a lower end pc does to play games. Except obv no i cant play bf v etc..yet

To play games on ps4:

a. turn on console
b. go to your f2p game with your free psn account
c. play game if crashes
d. update/file check

Oh i recently found out outbound rules were on for warframe in fw, this is a big issue because avast may nt be affecting it via testing. Never let outbound rules on a pc on, you do, goodluck.

As for dllhost i wanted to stop that from indexing hence believe it or nt it turns off your controller in steam as i recently found it doing that! so i did this:

GO TO
ORGANIZE FOLDER AND SEARCH OPTIONS-VIEW
Make Sure Only The Following Are checked
1-ALWAYS SHOW ICONS,NEVER THUMBNAILS-ON
2-DISPLAY FILE SIZE INFORMATION IN FOLDER TIPS-ON
And Uncheck The Remaining.
and then click APPLY TO FOLDERS then YES
3-turn on VS silent mode

But...like i said im learning on computers...cus i dont get them...so it turns out avast silent mode might prevent dllhost from checking updates...it might be all connected. IDK, but avast slows down my system. Dllhost is nt spyware, but it can take up ram via cache if it is on. That small file can mess up a lot of ram via cache and indexing. Will update later. Avast might be okay imb. CCC and Steam are def nt atleast on signature mode it will dc ctrls and make it look like your ctrler is broken, or mess up graphics in games etc.

So i did more tests tonight, since i hav my pc on my bed and its more comfortable. DLLhost is infact a trigger for cache creation via no system restore..so avast silent mode is actually a very important feature, yet they still belong in my 'trash programs that slow your computer' series becus of 2 bots after updates. I am one of those people that will say, steam is disabling my cter, when infact im just forgetting that play game needs to be pushed by the cter twice for it to activate in game. My pc is from 2010, but it can run very much like a console now. PCs will always tear via vsync if nt fast enough. They will not chop up unless dllhost or some indexing is up. They will remain constant, and may break or cut (have wierd pauses)..via cache creation from A.) programs like your virus scanner, videocard menu, or dashboard. In my case avast, ccc, steam. Avast will load two bots in msconfig, and at times will reset everything via updater as well...so it is a factor...but lots of headaches can b e avoided through silent mode. Steam will create cache which will cause pausing via the game for a minute or two on a 1gb system...and so will your computer in task manager...over time. Sometimes I wonder if my slower 1600u ram of 2gb is affecting my 8gb thats 1700u, nope infact the voltage increases that ram to 1700u ram. Atleast cpu z says so...and unless the model is a different voltage, pauses wont occur. You see computers use l3 cache at 3mb, and consoles use l2 at some kb, so consoles appear faster because they are. Dllhost is also the process that slows down your ram via l3 cache even when cache is being deleted. There are some common issues in graphics cards and some rare ones.

Glitching (rare)- graphics card failing or failure through overheating or mb conflict
Tearing (common)- vsync being off will do this in most games esp if your pc isnt fast enough
Chopping (common)- associated with indexing services, bots on ie dllhost opens via avast sometimes ie constant slowdown or low fps via outdated graphics card.
Cutting (very common)- associated with loading of stages poorly, often caused by cache in a program such as steam, or on the PC if nt controled (i use task scheduler see prev videos)
Stuttering (uncommon) -associated with indexing and background programs using cache
Web browser glitching (common)- associated with cache delivery by a web browser like firefox..or too much link icons (nt true). Pls nte i do nt see this in google chrome (lots of icons in google chrome), steam or any other web browser and may suspect avast (even in silent mode) as its root cause ie buy buy buy! This one still gets me unless i turn off shields in avast.
Lag (common)- associated with servers nt being maintained

cutting wins..its generally pausing and can be caused if your pc is in signature mode...steam can ctrl your pc via sig which activates cache, ie gci gotham city imposters would have constant pausing if i plugged the ctrler in signature mode..cutting is in my theory a clever way for the program to say you need a new pc when you dont...or you need more ram when u dont.
